Purchased as a Father’s Day gift for my father. Even after the nightmare of customer service received with the lack of communication in delivery delay and the promised 20% refund processing fiasco. Finally received the refund after having to call to check status. A few days after receiving the refund it was dedicated from my account again by Wayfair. Thankful after all of this my father still loves the recliners.
