The loveseat is very firm and it’s not very comfortable. It looks great. I’m just hoping after time that it breaks in a little bit.

After numerous delivery times scheduled by carrier without reading my explicit delivery instructions it finally arrived. No assembly instructions. Wayfair said it would take 1-2 business days for it to be emailed to me. Plus there are 3 holes where something is supposed to be attached . There is nothing in box other than 2 back cushions and bottom of sofa. I’m very frustrated with Wayfair. My entire experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

The loveseat is gorgeous!! Love the blue! But our delivery men headed by Homerto Jose’, helped us old ladies get the old recliner out and set up the new one! They went above and beyond and should be commended for their hard work and customer care!!

Very comfortable. I am kinda tall easy to get up from. My legs haven’t gone numb like other couches have. I got the black it is not very black more of gray color. I wanted gray anyway lol

I’m satisfied with the love seat recliner, but not with the late delivery service three weeks it’s a little too much to wait for
