The couch is very comfortable. Enough space to sit comfortably on it not like other you can barely sit. The head rest is moveable. It's perfect. Easy to assemble. I'm in love with it

The item came defective, the zipper is backwards so I cannot attach the arm cushion. I will be returning it

Ordered the Queen size (2 loungers connected), it arrived with the pull out sections assembled and housed/inset in their respective sofa base. Attaching the seat backs, armrests and zippered armrest cushions was very easy considering I put it together solo. The most I struggled was lining up the metal sliding guides when attaching one sofa base to the other. It would be helpful to have a little gap at the top center of the rear of the sofa base to insert fingers to better help hold and guide the sliders into alightment (two people assembling may not struggle with this part). Fabric is soft plush with a subtle texture, I will be scotch guarding and covering with a slip cover it as it is pure white. Sturdy to sit and lay on horizontally, I do plan to get a flat mattress topper for the pull out/sleeper so that gaps are lesss noticeable and till be overall softer to lay down on. Only complaint is the shipping, it arrived in two bulging bulky boxes but it really should should shipped in 3 boxes. 1 box per sofa base + pull out, and 1 box with the seat backs, armrests and cushions.

Easy to put together .Just the right size for the room and it's comfortable

Original order came in with what I guess is two of the same side attachments, as one of the cushions was wrong. Reached out and they sent the one id hoped would be right, but it also didn't match up, still a great lounge chair, and everything else about it is good, even with the cushion zip issue, its still a solid 4 of 5, guessing the delay im no longer getting a second one for is likely a quality control thing, and if so, you'll receive what I'd then call a 5 star product.
