It’s cute looking. Some parts are just the hard wood frame you’re sitting on. The length of seating from the back of the couch to the front (if sitting without the pull out and not on the chase part) is an awkward length to where you kinda have to angle yourself to sit comfortably. The texture is really nice. The pull out part works smoothly. Came in three boxes, simple instructions. I really wanted to like it but it had a bunch of little things that bothered me.

Wheel broke off of pull out bed and we havent even used it much. Now trying to figure out how to use the insurance we bought and its impossible.

Got this a few weeks ago, came in multiple boxes, some pretty heavy. Once inside was easy enough to put together alone with the instructions they provide as everything is numbered. it is firm & as a couch not very deep (I’m 5’4” so works ok for me sitting but wouldn’t recommend it to are taller). The pullout portion is very convenient & easy to do. Perfect for relaxing & watching TV/Movies.

DO NOT BUY !!! Very cheap material, low quality and the couch is small. It’s not worth paying a thousand dollars . I have had this couch barely a year and the plastic wheels where you pull the sofa part out has already broken. I take very well of my items and when I spoke to customer service trying to pay for replacement parts they said there is nothing they can do. Rather buy a couch at a furniture store next time . Will take this loss as a lesson.

I really wanted to enjoy this couch.. its been a few months and I'm just overall disappointed with this purchase. PROS: Beautiful color, material and feel. It arrived in 3 boxes and was easy to assemble. The pullout basically makes it into something between twin and full width. CONS: The length when pulled out barely fits my 5'2 frame laying down. The width of the seat when the pullout is collapsed is tiny and not great for bigger guests bums. The seats are also unable to be removed so over time as I've been sitting the stuffing has shifted and stuff gets into the cracks all the time. I have also started to feel the springs while sitting and the I knew it was firm but mannn this couch is like a brick lol. Today the ottoman peice broke at the hinge and I decided to write this review and make a plan to replace this. Overall its cute but not worth it. The manufacturing just misses the mark.
