Love the material and how big it is! The delivery guys were respectful and efficient as well.

Though I run some problem with order, the delivery staff are very kind and helpful. The couch is nice but the end of the chase portion is tilting upward a bit. I think overtime once the area was being seated a lot it will be proportionally leveled. The gray is not as gray as I expected. The first delivery date was my huge problem as Wayfair had I informed me of the delivery date and was given instruction to prep. Thus, I emptied the area where the couch would be placed but then the delivery didn’t happen. The information I was given was inaccurate and I wouldn’t know it will not be delivered to the date that I was given until I called Wayfair. Because of this, we didn’t have a couch to sit on as I removed already the old couch that was in there due to the information I was given by Wayfair. But the second delivery date went well.

Great couch. Firm and comfortable! Fits perfectly in my new living room. Highly recommend. Tons of storage too!

Gorgeous! Very solid sleeper pull out, substantial heavy furniture, well made! Delivery was perfect. As other reviewers mentioned, it is very firm but might wear in to be a bit softer. The sitting depth is deep, quite nice for relaxing.
