This material wears out and pills! Do not buy. We had for a little over a month and started noticing pilling everywhere. Customer service was excellent but material terrible.

I am very satisfied with the comfort and quality of this sofa to be honest, it exceeded my expectations.

This sectional is really nice (and also huge.) But I was extremely disappointed in Wayfair’s delivery/assembly. (Note that I paid the extra fee for them to bring it into my home.) They showed up 2 times with just one person who was unable to move the 4 boxes of this sectional to the basement by himself. After several phone calls, their way of resolving it was telling me to hire my own handyman to move and assemble it. I found this extremely frustrating and disappointing and would have ordered a sectional from Raymour & Flanagan had I known it would be such a headache.

This is a wonderful sectional couch; my family truly adores it. It is sufficiently spacious for my family, and it also offers convenient storage space.

This couch doesnt wear well. Looks worn after just a few months of use. Balls up and snags.
