I was so excited about this couch! It arrived in 4 large boxes. Super easy to put together and super cute. However I’m missing 2 cushions! So it just looks unfiahed. One of the back pieces had stains and was torn a little bit. I think I got a returned corner piece. I would just like cushions to be sent at least. The app will not let me submit a missing parts claim. Help! I will review if this problem is resolved! ***Update*** Customer service was helpful and got the seller to ship the two cushions that were missing! Love how it fits and looks and the pull out bed. A little on the hard side for sitting but perfect as a bed to lay on. I’m happy with it!

This sofa is firm but comfortable. The bottom cushions do not remove but the back cushions do. The sofa bed easily slides and the chaise is a great extra place for storage. Any time anyone comes over they sink in comfort.

Nice couch but it’s way firmer than I’d like. Pillows are soft but the seating is not.
