Two stars for the chair quality. Another star for the prompt customer service team trying to solve the issues. In short, the chair has two major issue: black fabric sewed into the seat that cannot be removed, and a gap on the back without coverage since the length of the back is short. The dimensions do not match the web description. It works but is not worth the full price.
