This particular design has a heavier build and is better for our posture when we sit on it. Our dogs "owned" the last one and were happy to get this new one as they took to it immediately! We did purchase both sections and they are the exact size as the original ones from fourteen years ago. Great design, great construction and wonderful style.

The corner sits lower than the rest of the cushions, I'm also constantly having to adjust the chaise piece and corner back in place. Not very comfortable.
