This ottoman came package really well . It was vacuum sealedI in a small box . I was actually surprised when it arrived as to how small the box was considering it was an ottoman .As soon as you open it, it expands so be very aware it does it quickly. It does take quite a while to expand to its complete size. I think I had it about a week or so before it was 98. There was a corner that took forever or felt like to expand and it still didn’t do it all the way, but I placed it against the couch and you can’t really tell. It is very comfortable to sit on. Don’t sit on the edges because you’ll likely sink way down. You need to sit more in the middle. It’s very easy to move. It slides a little more than I would like it too so when I’m sitting on the couch and I put my feet on it it slides very easily. I may put something on the bottom to prevent that but overall it looks really nice and it’s very comfortable and most important the dogs love it because let’s be realistic that’s who’s going to use it more than anybody

Just perfect! I wasnt sure the ottoman would match with my sectional and im happy to say it worked out great. The ottoman is the perfect size to fit between the sectional and adds additional foot space for cuddles on the couch during movie nights.

I loved the Zero assembly! Solid and stays put. It is not too heavy at all. It took maybe 15 minutes to look perfect after unbagging the vacuum sealed bag. Funny thing, my golden retriever loves to lay on it like a bed. Lol! We share it now. Great texture, exactly as described. Good Wayfair find!

I have been very curious about the compression furniture, so I ordered the ottoman to check it out and see how it works. I was surprised by the size of box it came in- it was truly compressed and rolled up tight. Sure enough, as soon as I let the air in the bag, the ottoman began growing and then just kept going! This is a large and comfortable piece! As an extra seating space for a large gathering, two people could sit on this easily. It’s big enough and sturdy enough that you could set a tray on it for entertaining without fear of spilling. It’s also very lightweight and can easily be moved around. I currently am using it by my favorite reading chair and it has elevated my seating choice by far. I am impressed and will be taking measurements to see if the larger sectional pieces will fit in my game room.

Really nice ottoman, but it came damaged, and I tried to reach out to Wairfair by chat, and I got nowhere with the chat. So that was a problem. Its the 1st time they didnt fix a problem in our experience.
