To be completely honest, I’m not in love! It’s not as comfortable as it looks and it’s very noisy like you’re sitting on a plastic bag. It’s simple to put together, the longest part is taking it out of all the boxes! The boxes are heavy I just rolled the m up the stairs. The ottomans are big and fluffy! The seating doesn’t match so I have to go buy filler. One of my cushions was dirty and customer service took care of me immediately ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the service is definitely five stars. This couch is LARGE. The fabric is ehh. Not soft, kinda scratchy! If I could send this back, I would. The back is low but I’m 5’5 so it’s fine for me. Hopefully this couch grows on me and gets comfortable as time goes on after I apply more filler.

I would return it, but we would have to cover the return shipping or 6 or 7 humongous boxes. To start, I will say, it’s very comfortable for reading or watching a movie together. Unfortunately, you can’t sit in the middle sections comfortably with your feet on the floor because the back is very low. It took four of us two hours to put it all together. My biggest complaint, however, is the lie that it’s “pet friendly.” It’s not even husband friendly. Before unwrapping two of the cushions, there were dark marks on the brand new white sofa! Within 24hrs, there were two more marks. Lots of cleaning and cursing myself for buying this sectional later I threw blankets and quilts over the entire thing and spent 1400 on a slip cover. I gave it 2 stars for the layout and coziness. But truly, this has been a headache and a half, and I regret this purchase.
