I like it. Good quality, easy to assemble

Very disappointed in this sofa. I thought it may come in 3 -4 pieces . But it comes in many MANY pieces . You literally build this couch from screwing flimsy pieces together. It took over 3 hours by someone who is proficient in assembling things. Many pieces were mislabeled. It has wood slats that feel quite flimsy and creak, unless you sit down very gingerly. I will be afraid embarrassed to have guests. . The cushions covers are not removable are quite thin and flimsy. It is not modular - it goes together one way. Overall it doesnt look horrible if it were for decoration only, but this probably wont stand up to regular use ( by 2 seniors - not even children ) . I was certain Wayfair must have a protocol for returning such a purchase . I communicated with the bot who said a representative would contact me soon to help me. That was 3 days ago and I have heard NOTHING. The return process says to return in box̌es- (the 3 it came in have been disposed of ), the cushions wouldnt fit any way as they were compressed for packing . We would have to find several boxes take it completely apart take it to the Wayfair store. Which may be a huge pain but doable ,I wanted some guidance in regards to this ...but since customer service doesnt follow up, I appear to be stuck with the worst purchase Ive ever made online . It wouldnt be as terrible if the price reflected the build a couch process lack of quality, but this was just shy of 2k. I have seen several of better price quality in store - big mistake buying this, it was the worst and most disappointing purchase . If you are considering this sofa - DONT ! be cautious with anything that may be tricky to return or may require any customer service or you too may end up out of a lot of money and very disappointed... .
