Naturally I was skeptical purchasing online however the reviews gave us some confirmed to purchase and upon arrival this was a pleasant surprise. It is soft yet comfortably firm (I prefer plush typically), it truly seats 8 and the width of the seats are great. The consoles are a game changer for functional and being able to customize wiener you want is a plus. My only issue was with delivery—we had to wait for one piece to arrive the following day but overall we love it.

This sectional is HUGE! It came in 13 boxes and was relatively easy to assemble. 2 of us did it in about 2 1/2 hours. Very comfy. I just wish it came with an ottoman like their other sectionals.
