Upon getting the couch it came in 3 boxes, the packaging was really nice and everything was packaged well. The directions for putting it together however were very blunt and not detailed what so ever. Their also were holes in the bottom where screws were meant to go, that were not holes all the way through so I had to puncture through fabric, not sure if that is meant to be done or not. Upon finishing the couch, I realized I was missing the side arm cushions. I will be reaching out to see if they will be getting mailed. Overall the couch is beautiful and really nice, just hope I get the finishing pieces and can finish getting it put together.

We were so confused when we opened up the boxes. First of all this item comes in three boxes and two are fairly heavy. When we were opening the boxes, there were four different sets of instructions. Apparently you can add onto this set other pieces. Once we figure out the directions, we love the couch.

This is a great couch. Very comfortable and the green color is beautiful. More like an emerald green. The instructions to assemble were not very good, but we were able to figure it out. Very sturdy once put together and looks great as well.

Modular sofa came quickly within a couple days. Packed well instructions written clearly easy to follow. I gave my modular sofa only four (4) star due website stating in two different areas it was completely assembled. It’s not took approximately an hour for one piece, I still have another chair side and an ottoman to do. As for quality very nice will work beautifully in my TV sitting room. Would recommend and buy again. Love the look!
