Based on the reviews I expected this sectional to be better. We got this for our basement/ mini theatre room, but unfortunately, it just doesn't work. The shape is off, the back feels too low and bulky and the seat feels short... it's not the type of couch you sink in to watch a movie. It also has a strong smell (I'm surprised no reviews mention this, but looking at the warning on the bottom of the couch, I'm afraid it's some toxic chemical). I wanted to return it before it arrived (for different reasons), but I'll be packaging it up again first thing tomorrow to arrange for a return. Other furnitures have been great so far, but I have bad luck with couches at Wayfair it seems!

Very nice! Each piece is nestled tightly in the shipping packages. After the 2nd box, I learned that the trick is to turn the box upside down and unbox that way - made the process MUCH simpler and sped up getting my room put together. Love it!!
