As you can see from the picture, it is some type of table. Yet the name is that of a couch. An L-shaped couch to be specific. I did not receive a couch. I received a table. Therefore I would say you absolutely missed the mark on this one and falsely advertised a couch. I am extremely disappointed have not in anyway been compensated other than told I can get a full refund once I’ve returned the table. Which I will be doing. I feel like that is not enough. Wayfair should be doing more as they absolutely falsely advertised what I ordered. The name of the item, the picture and the description were that of a L-shaped couch. How can I have any confidence in purchasing anything in the future through Wayfair when there is false advertisement, and I receive an item, I had no intention of purchasing.

I ordered for a sectional couch and they delivered an entrance table. This was the second time receiving a wrong item. Felt disappointed because it was frustrating too. Received a refund, might go to a store and buy instead. I gave two starts nit for the product but for poor services.

instead of receiving the sofa I purchased, I received a completely different item that I did not order and have no idea what to do with. When I contacted Wayfair customer service, the representative told me to keep the incorrect item rather than properly addressing the issue. Why was I not notified in advance if the sofa was out of stock or unavailable Wayfair wasted my time and caused unnecessary frustration by sending me an entirely different product without informing me. What was even more disappointing was the representative’s attitude. They showed no apparent concern, remorse, or accountability for the mistake. This is unacceptable customer service. I expect Wayfair to take responsibility for this error and provide an appropriate resolution.

Someone should be fired for sending me a table when I ordered a couch

This is my first time using this app and I would say it will be last time as well. I have ordered couch but received a console table. I have been waiting for last 2 weeks for my order and I end up getting wrong item. It wasted my time and I still didn’t get what I ordered. Its quite frustrating and disappointing. Its misleading advertising.
