Canapé modulaire en U de 131 po avec 2 chaises longues et 1 causeuse, canapé convertible en velours côtelé, canapé à compression sans assemblage requis, dossier réglable pour le salon, gris

Sits low. I like a little more high. Also seem like it needed more time to get into it shape. Seems like the shape is still little.

The couch is very comfortable as described. It sits a bit low, but it’s comfortable lounging I would buy again if I had to and I would also recommend to other people. I just wish it sit up a little higher, but it is awesome.

I am highly disappointed in this product as it didn’t meet any of my household needs. Overly upset about not having any functional furniture for 72hrs straight. My fiance and I wasn’t pleased at all. On yesterday I finally had a chance to sit down on it while trying to wrap it and I went down to the floor plus threading was coming a loose and spread marks like the couch was tapping apart. To put the icing on the cake customer service call center individuals really didn’t make it better by asking if I wanted someone to come out and repair the threading (like what…that’s the least of my concerns) then they asked for me to put the 3 items back into the box (likeeee wowww really cause that’s just not going to happen). The guy agent just sounded like he didn’t know what to say so another female agent to over in the chat and they both just kept asking how many boxes will I have after I told them these items were inflatable boneless couches tell how am I to box them back up once the wrapper come off there is no going back. I will never ever purchase any boneless anything ever again. This couch look like my 2 yrs old nephews playground he was even taller then the couch itself. Worse experience ever and I know how these couches suppose to look after its because my son-in-law parents own 2 and they are the reason I wanted one for myself but but our outcome was totally different

I really love the couch. It's so soft . can you send me additional pieces to add with this? Thanks

Came missing a pillow, back couch cushions do not fill entirety of couch with pretty large gaps on each end. If you sit anywhere close to the edge you sill sink to the floor and every time I sit on it I have to remove the back cushion and sit all the way back in order to not sink down. Also barely leaned on the arm rest and heard the stitching ripping apart. It looks nice, but Would not recommend given the sturdiness. On top of that Wayfair makes the return process impossible - they were going to send me a replacement which I did not want or wanted me to box the whole thing up and return. It came in vacuum sealed bags and now expanded it is massive and not sure how they expect me to box it. I opted for a partial refund given the missing pillow, back cushion issue, but no where near what I spent.
