Canapé modulaire en U 115,7 po avec rangement, porte-gobelets et ports USB

The sofa looks great and fits perfectly in my living room. The size is spacious, and I love the storage, cup holders, and USB ports. The fabric feels nice and the assembly was easy. I just received it, so I will update my review after using it longer, but my first impression is very positive.

This is a review to let you know of the inconveniences we faced. We ordered this Sofa, and halfway through it, we realised the screws were not aligning to the socket. We never faced such issues earlier since we believe it’s meant to happen according to the steps and manual. But this time is was different. So we requested immediately to send us the required screw number through a screenshot. And to let you know we were half through building the sofa and to our utter surprise the screws delivery came after 8-9 days, leaving our house in such a bad shape unorganised. And on top of it, the screws that came didn’t fit either. Then my husband somehow managed to get the right screws from a store and fixed it. It took us 10days to have it all together. We never faced such inconveniences from all the products we have taken from you. But this time it was disappointing.

The sofa looks ok. The assembly took lot of time and I was missing some screws in the package. Quality can be improved.
