This has been a horrible experience from start to finish.
The manufacturer sent the wrong parts THREE separate times. The first shipment included no Part C pieces at all, only Part D. We contacted Wayfair, and about a week later, the manufacturer sent replacement parts. They sent ONE Part C, even though the sofa requires SIX to assemble.
We contacted Wayfair again, waited another week, and received five more parts. Of those five, only two were correct. The other three were the wrong parts with holes drilled in the wrong locations.
At this point, we had an unassembled sofa sitting in our living room for two weeks. We assembled as much as we could simply because we needed somewhere to sit.
Wayfair offered several options, including a refund if we boxed up and returned the sofa. But how are we supposed to rebox an entire sofa that arrived compressed/flat-packed, has been completely unpacked, and was partially assembled so we could actually have a place to sit? When we explained the situation and said we wanted a refund, we stopped receiving responses.
We eventually had a local machine shop drill the proper holes into the incorrect brackets the manufacturer sent so we could finally finish assembling the sofa instead of waiting even longer for another round of replacement parts.
Unfortunately, once we finally got it together, the quality was just as disappointing.
First, this sofa is NOT reversible. The chaise cannot be placed on the opposite side.
Then, while getting up from the chaise, I braced myself on the arm and my elbow went straight through the structure underneath the fabric. I am 5'3" and 135 lbs. I should be able to get up from a sofa using the armrest without breaking through whatever material is underneath the upholstery. The construction feels incredibly cheap and flimsy.
We also purchased the green color, and white material is visible through some of the seams.
After weeks of incorrect parts and multiple replacement shipments, we finally have the sofa assembled, only to find that it is poorly constructed and already damaged from normal use.
We cannot realistically repack a sofa that arrived compressed, has been fully unpacked and assembled, and required modifying the manufacturer's incorrect parts just to complete the assembly.
Between the incorrect parts, inaccurate description, poor construction, visible white seams, and lack of resolution from Wayfair, I absolutely would not recommend this sofa. I'll be surprised if it lasts more than a couple of months.
Horrible product and an incredibly frustrating experience.
