A little awkward to sit on. The foot rests move and to try to lay down you’re back end it right in the crack.

Not bad.Color is nice and its pretty soft. The ottomans do slide, but was easy to fix. The back cushions are a little uncomfortable. However, the cover unzips so you could probably add some foam in. Over all though nice size and like it so far! Update - Cushions didnt hold shape very long and became uncomfortable. Kept for only 1 year and not very easy to clean, removing the covers is helpful but hard to get back on.

I own this couch for 2 years now and it is absolute garbage by now. The color came completely different, the cushions are extremely uncomfortable, you have to constantly re-adjust as they slide. I absolutely do not recommend purchasing this couch, mine belongs to the junk just over 2 years of purchasing it.

I love this couch. Couple of things I wish were better: I regret getting a couch with cup holders, but the cup holders are starting to look a bit splotchy. I also think the cushions have shrunk just a small bit because it’s very hard to get them back on the pillows after machine washing. Overall, it’s very soft and the color is as advertised!

The customer service is terrible, the couches didn’t even last 1 year. I got them 9 months ago, I have a tear in them. The cushions are deformed, when I reached out to them, they told me it was human errror. We have these couches in the living room, not family living, they definitely don’t get any use, so I’m not sure how it’s human error. They have terrible customer service. The couches look good until you start to use them.
