Smaller than I was expecting. Not comfortable to lay on. The cushions and pillows are very stiff.

the first ottoman came with no top cushion. i wrote the manufacture and they sent me an entire new one even though all i needed was the cushion (no complaint). the replacement came and is a pre-used item that came dirty, ripped, and so badly bent that the cushion is ruined. i attached photos. i’m very disappointed and don’t want another replacement i would rather return it and receive a refund.

While the fabric is soft, the construction is flimsy and the padding is not thick enough. I ended up having to return the pieces from this collection.

The ad for the item was misleading - I thought I was buying both the chair and ottoman for the price of the ottoman that was sent. Description needs to be clearer. Now I have to pay for the $55 shipping. Not happy.
