I love this couch , it is perfect for a smaller apartment. It is honestly pretty big ! It is so soft and super easy to put together . Got all my packages on the same day . I lovee it !

Comfortable couch, but delivery and communication were disappointing After months of searching for a couch for my living room, I finally found this one, and it looked perfect for the space. The advertised next-day delivery was a big reason I decided to order. I was so excited that I called my wife to tell her we were finally getting our couch and that it would arrive the next day. Unfortunately, later that evening, the delivery information changed to show that the couch would arrive in separate shipments over three days. I tried contacting customer support three times using the text option but never received a response. Two boxes arrived the following day, but the third box was delayed again. I was then told I would need to wait three more days before the issue could be escalated. The couch itself is nice and soft, and I like its appearance. However, the back cushion inserts seem too large for their covers, causing them to bunch up in the middle. At the time of this review, I’m still missing part of the couch, so I haven’t been able to enjoy the complete setup. I wanted to love this purchase, but the changing delivery dates, lack of communication, and cushion fit have been disappointing. This experience has made me hesitant to order the couch for my basement from Wayfair.

I ordered this couch on Tuesday, 1013, and it arrived today, 1015! The couch came in three separate packages and was packaged very well. It’s super fluffy and comfortable! I just finished unboxing it and putting it together, so I’m hoping it holds up well and continues to be everything I expected. So far, so good! ️✨
