This couch is cheaply made and will easily get tears and holes from your family sitting on it. I have had to sew many many holes up already. It’s should not be sold by Wayfair. Cheap cheap cheap!!! Other than spending money on a couch thst has several holes a month later it was comfortable and the kids were happy with it.

Unfortunately the left recliner (facing the photo) has a loose top and we caught it RIGHT after the delivery people left. After calling, wayfair wanted to originally just offer me 20% off (which is about 249) and expected me to just get a repair person myself? Why would I have to do that for a BRAND NEW couch? After talking to a few people I was finally offered a new "section". Waiting to hear when it will be delivered. Hoping it is soon. It's a good looking couch. Not sure how long it will hold up given the circumstances.

This couch, price and experience with Wayfair reps exceeded my expectations.

was not put together properly. back to one side of recliner is very loose. Looks as though it is missing screw in the back. I need repaired ASAP. Also the reclining part sounds as though it is grinding when you lay back also very hard o get laying back. Please help.

The material is very soft. The description says the color is black but it is actually dark gray as pictured. The seats are very firm but I expect they will soften over time.
