This sectional is exceptional. It’s soft and we love the phone charger, USB ports and 3 power recliners! Fits perfectly in our living room! The delivery guys were great too!

I’m loving it! It has multiple charging ports, 9 to be exact. 3 of the 4 seats power recline and there’s storage. The coolest thing is three of the 9 charging ports are magnetic. One

It is a lovely high end sofa but was shipped with two different-colored sections. Ordered light gray and the armless section and console are dark gray. Customer service said replacements will be sent but messages (2) on my profile said no replacements supported. Please, someone, help straighten this out. The couch is pricy and the sections were sent mismatched. Why would I be refused a replacement when the error is not mine?

Terrible service! Wayfair advertises this couch as 68” and it is not, so they agreed to take it back, then refused to take the boxes and packing materials. Delivery teams are rude, and do a poor job. Customer service is dishonest and disr.

The couch is actually 88” on the one side with only one recliner. It is too big for our space but are making it work without the center section. Very comfortable but it is very large.
