I was initially disappointed in this couch, but it has grown on me over the last couple weeks of ownership. While I don’t love it, I like it enough for my needs and can deal with it. The pros The features. Power zero gravity reclining seats, heated seats that warm quickly, and all of the covers can be washed. The cons The control buttons are under the cushions, which isn’t user friendly at all. You have to lift the cushion to access, and the charger plug ins can break if someone sits on the cushion in the wrong spot. The seats aren’t incredibly confortable either. It’s firm and I can feel the couch base underneath. Overall, it’s fine - good, not great - but the trade off of features that are usually hard to find at this price point make it an ok purchase.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I genuinely do not understand how this couch has so many 5 star reviews because it is, without question, the worst furniture purchase I have ever made. The couch arrived cracked and broken in multiple places, and the entire frame is made from incredibly cheap particle board that feels flimsy and poorly manufactured. The quality is so bad that it is hard to believe this product ever passed quality control. Assembly was a complete nightmare. Many of the pre drilled holes do not even go all the way through the wood, so one side has visible holes while the matching piece has none. Several mounting holes for the backrests do not line up correctly, and others are hidden behind fabric, making it impossible to attach the pieces as intended. The instructions are vague, confusing, and nearly useless. The product description is also misleading. The dimensions are nowhere close to what is advertised, and despite the photos making it appear otherwise, the recliners are not battery powered. Each recliner requires its own power outlet, which is something that should be clearly disclosed before purchasing. The comfort is just as disappointing as the quality. The seat cushions are paper thin and offer almost no padding. They are not soft or comfortable in any way. Instead, they are unbelievably hard and feel like sitting on a rock. This is not what anyone would expect from a couch in this price range. Wayfair is picking this up on Monday, and I am hoping the return process goes smoothly because I absolutely expect a full refund. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and disappointment. Do not buy this couch. It is the biggest furniture buying mistake I have ever made. I honestly cannot believe this product is being sold. It feels like it was thrown together with the cheapest particle board imaginable and has no business costing what it does. Spend your money on literally anything else.
