The sofa is amazing I love it’s really looks nice in my living room my granddaughter really likes it too I was looking for something exactly what I have now the qualities is good we love it

The back console you see missing in the picture, is inside the couch in a zipper. Its not in the instructions so you will think you are missing a piece of the couch. Also it doesnt have USB ports or power. Its manual to lift the chairs. Wayfair definitely sold me falsely

Hard as a rock. Not comfortable and the light grey option actually has black specs in the background. Pretty couch but not for the kids.

Firmness is closer to firm than soft but VERY comfortable. Material is soft smooth. Console is spacious. Recliner foot rests are awesome however this product is neither powered or has USB outlets as described. To lift the footrest you have to pull a side handle the footrest pops up but VERY difficult to put the footrest back to the down position bcuz you have to use your leg muscles to press down i don’t like that bcuz I’m short. I first have to scoot forward before pressing down wmy legs. Pillow top arms are awesome! Assemble was easy. No tools. I’m a small 50 yo female was able to assemble it myself but don’t recommend it lol. White glove assembly was not an option for my order however Wayfair emailed several 3rd party companies. I wish I used a service bcuz now I’m stuck wtons of flattened cardboard boxes that they would’ve hauled away. I wish more pieces were offered -(
