This couch is wonderful. I have the beige - it is closer to a cream color. The fabric is soft and cozy. It has firm cushions countered by the soft fabric makes a perfect combination. The pieces are deep and wide - perfect for a large living room. I love it!

Long-time customer, extremely disappointed. On the morning of December 31, I mistakenly ordered an oversized sectional. Within hours that same day, I contacted Wayfair not to cancel, but to modify the order. I already had the correct sofa in my cart and intended to substitute it. The error was caused by Wayfair’s inconsistent product labeling—some sofas are identified by width, others by depth—without clear standardization. The two sofas involved were titled using different dimensions, which directly led to the mistake. During my same-day communication, I clearly acted in good faith, offering not only to substitute the correct sofa but also to add additional items to the order. This offer was acknowledged, then ignored. Wayfair did not state that the item had shipped they simply refused to modify the order. As a result, we were forced to accept furniture that does not fit our space. Inflexible policies combined with unclear product labeling make Wayfair a risky choice. Buyers should proceed with caution.
