I'll admit, I was worried when the package arrived. I thought I'd received the wrong package. But the ottoman is memory foam and came vacuumed sealed. After opening, the ottoman started to inflate. I'm very impressed, as the ottoman immediately rose and without any odors. It has has a velvety texture and firm yet very comfortable. It's a perfect height for our sofa and adds to a relaxing movie night!

The ottoman is large, soft, and comfortable to put your feet on. The foam is firm. It comes compressed so you need to give it some time to fluff up. It only took about 12 hours. The cover is soft, but it does have some wrinkle lines that I’m not sure will come out. Overall, it’s what I expected it to be! It’s a great addition to our playroom.
