This set is not very cushy. It looks more fluffy than it is. It also took us forever to find the cushions for the arms- they are buried in inside the left and right ends. But, to be fair, it looks JUST like the picture.

I ordered both a couch and a loveseat both with ottomans. They arrived quickly in two shipments a few days apart. The fabric is not what I expected. It looks much more marbled in the pictures and not as ‘smooth’ as in the listing photos. The color is representative though. The boxes come marked 1,2, and 3 but did not differentiate between couch and loveseat but they are literally all the same pieces so it didn’t matter - I just didn’t know until I opened everything up. All hardware and tools are included. This only requires the included Allen wrench and some muscle. Two people are helpful to hold things in place but this can be done by one person - my helper left part way through. I realized when reading the directions that this was originally a sectional and the only thing lacking to configure it that way is the corner seat. I RESLLY wish the corner seat was included! It is a modular set so you can make a 3 seat couch and 3 seat loveseat or a four seat couch and a chair. The ottomans do NOT attach - they are freestanding. I opted to configure a chair to see how it would look because honestly, I wasn’t sure because the fabric was disappointing. Not that there is anything wrong with it but the listing photos led me to believe it would be different and the boxes even said ‘cord’ so I was expecting different fabric. Well, I put the chair to gather- it’s nice. The compressed cushions are VERY compressed and the photo I posted shows the cushions after a few hours and they are probably only a third fluffed. There is a gap on the sides of the back cushion that I hope will fill in as the cushions fill out. The legs are short than I like and it feels like you are sitting a little low but again the cushion is not fully expanded. I am waiting to put the couch together because I need help to hold the pieces together as you have to bolt each seat to the next. So far everything aligns perfectly. This is overall, so far, a very nice set. The only downside I see is that the back rest could be taller and I would SO love to be able to get the corner piece to make this a sectional - that would make this five stars!

This couch is really nice except the fact that the arm rest pillows did not come with it. I got in touch with customer service they sent out replacements. Those replacements were canceled and the whole unit so I thought was sent. I received the package and it was the left and right arms sections and guess what…. No arm rest pillows in this either so now I have extra parts laying around and will have to pay to get rid of them as well. This is one product they need to remove from selling! Very disappointed TWO WEEK UPDATE!! So I received two different replacements for this couch. The first replacement was a set of arms. Well they didn’t come with the armrest pillows either so I was sent another replacement. I received that today. This replacement was a seat. No armrest pillows again. So I said you know what I have an extra seat I’ll turn this two seater into a three seater! I flip the couch over to unscrew the left arm section and as I’m doing so I undo the flap of fabric on the bottom of the side arm and….. there’s the armrest pillows!!!! If you’re missing the pillows they are hidden in the bottom of the arms!!! Mystery solved! But maybe put that in the instruction manual so you don’t have this issue anymore lol

Well.. I think I have finally gotten this loveseat together. It came packed well, easy to unpack and lay all parts out. Fairly easy to understand and follow instructions. Although the instructions were visually showing a larger couch. I’m me had to look at which item they have and go from there. Not all that difficult however the back portion was exceptionally hard to install with the bolts needing to go through the cloth on the underside of the seat supports. That made the assembly much longer and tougher to deal with. I used my hands and a basic drill to help complete assembly. Overall the love seat is not great. It willl work for this temporary “couple of years” purpose. Best for a younger person that does not need an expensive couch.

For the price point, this is a decent set. It came in three separate packages, and assembly was fairly straight forward. The fabric is soft, and it's somewhat comfortable. We got this for an efficiency apartment we're building for my son on the back of our house, so the smaller size of this couch works for us. It's not the greatest quality, but it should last him for a while. It should work well for any smaller space; an apartment or dorm room. I thought our set was lacking the pieces that zip into the arm rests, but I went back and found them. This is tricky! On the very bottom of the armrests, there is a Velcro seam that is easy to miss if you're not looking for it. Open that and you find the pillows for the armrest.
