The product did not arrive with all of the cushions. I spent an hour on the phone with Wayfair, who did nothing about it. Buyer Beware!!!

The Upholstered U shape couch is okay. I’ve left it untouched for 72 hours and the pillows still are a bit flatter than in would like. Other than that it is okay. The color is nice and pretty neutral. It’s comfy.

I purchased this sectional because I loved the modern U-shaped design and the amount of seating it offers. It looks very nice once assembled and definitely makes a statement in the room. The fabric is decent, and the overall size is great for larger families, entertaining guests, or simply stretching out and relaxing. Unfortunately, the biggest drawback is the cushions. They are much flatter than I expected based on the product photos and description. While the sofa looks plush online, the seat cushions don't provide the level of comfort or support I was hoping for. After sitting on it for a while, the cushions compress quite a bit and can feel firm and somewhat thin. If you're looking for a sectional that you can sink into for long movie nights or all-day lounging, this may not meet your expectations. That said, the frame feels reasonably sturdy, and the sectional does offer a lot of seating for the price. Assembly was manageable, though it took some time. I think this sofa works well if your main priority is appearance and maximizing seating space, but those who place a high value on comfort may be disappointed by the cushion quality. Overall, it's not a bad sectional, but the flat cushions keep it from being a higher-rated purchase for me.

The cream-white color gives the room a bright, clean look, while the underlying frame feels sturdy and well-constructed.

So comfy! Love this couch and how easy it was to put together. Color is exactly as in pictures online. Super comfy with underneath storage! All the sections have storage under the cushions too! Amazing!
