Absolutely love this couch it’s so soft. At first I was skeptical but I got it and I’m always on it I love that I can move the pieces around for it to make a bed or just for rearranging for a different look

Great fast delivery by FedEx. Communication with Wayfair and FedEx was great. Easy to assemble by yourself. It's a very long couch. Comfy, soft. Nice material..the pillows are really nice and full. Cushions didn't take long to puff up. They're vacuumed sealed and wrapped. The ottomans are large and really nice. Don't let all the parts scare you. It's really not difficult to put together. I got the light grey and it is beautiful. I'd recommend it.

Delivery was horrible. Received parts 2 weeks apart. The couch itself is cheaply made. It’s not as nice looking in person as it was in pictures. Customer service was a JOKE. Will never make another Wayfair purchase again. Supremely disappointed.

Great. Delivery driver put everything on the porch sofa is very spacious, only thing I would change is its a little low if it had another inch or 2 it would be perfect.
