Im giving this 2 stars because of responsive customer service and the actual seat being comfortable enough. The product photo gave me the expectation that I would receive a fairly bright, olive green couch but the material is a moldy browngrey color. Its been an hour since we assembled the couch but the cushions dont look like theyll be as full and shaped like they appear in the product photos. It just looks like whoever took the product photos stuffed the cushions further to get them to look right and now thats an extra step I have to worry about and pay for. The seat cushions are also thinner than presented. This couch also has structuralquality issues where the legs dont screw in completely and the back panel shifts and wobbles when leaned on. It does not feel secure. This is the first time Ive been misled by Wayfairs product listing and Im disappointed. Im received a partial refund for my trouble but if you see this couch on sale or as an open box sale, do not purchase it.
