A Nightmarish Experience with Wayfair's Couch I recently had the misfortune of purchasing a couch from Wayfair, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. While I appreciate Wayfair's effort to rectify the situation by sending a replacement, the overall quality and consistency of the product left me utterly disappointed. The first red flag was raised as soon as I unpacked the initial delivery, only to discover that the middle section of the couch was a completely different color. An immediate call to Wayfair prompted them to send out a replacement, which unfortunately only compounded my frustration. To my disbelief, the second couch suffered from the same issue – mismatched colors on the middle section and now even the armrests. As if that weren't enough, both orders were missing the legs, a critical component for any couch. To add insult to injury, the rails meant to attach the back of the couch were screwed on in opposite directions, resulting in an unstable and wobbly piece of furniture. The glaring gaps between the middle and side sections further accentuated the poor craftsmanship. In all my years of purchasing furniture, I have never encountered such a poorly constructed and inconsistent product. The quality of this couch is undeniably the worst I have ever seen. The frustration reached new heights when Wayfair contacted the vendor, who shamelessly insisted that the mismatched colors were intentional and part of the design. This claim contradicted the images displayed on Wayfair's website, where a uniform color scheme was evident across the entire couch. In conclusion, I strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of this particular couch from Wayfair. The lack of quality control, mismatched colors, missing components, and the vendor's refusal to acknowledge the issues make this purchase a regrettable experience. My hope is that Wayfair takes the necessary steps to address the concerns raised, ensuring that future customers are spared the ordeal I endured with this subpar product.

The sofa has very little foam for seat padding which makes it very uncomfortable to sit for long periods. An additional foam pad was needed to make it useable as a sleeper due to the lack of padding. Also, the back cushions were scantily stuffed and not wrapped to maintain their shape. The fabric is very poor quality and the pull-tabs for the sleeper are poorly affixed with staples. The costs to return the product did not warrant a return of the product. I would not recommend purchasing this product. Buy local and save the grief.

Not great quality. Very firm. Cushions quickly became deformed. Storage and cupholders were great!

Bought this couch almost 2 years ago. I hate it. Don’t buy. Waste of money.

This is the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on. I plunked down on it today and felt myself slam into what felt like a piece of wood!! I can’t believe I spent 1300 on this “couch”!!!!!!!
