Gorgeous grey leather loveseat! I am so surprised and pleased with the quality and style of this beautiful loveseat!! The leather is soft and the cushions have just the right amount of firmness. The style could fit well in many types of homes and with different decors. The white-glove free delivery was also outstanding. I would highly recommend this product!

THE REASONFOR TWO STARS FOR WAYFAIR. Three weeks ago I ordered the above loveseat by Lattitudes and the coordinates ottoman also by Lattitudes from Wayfair IN THE SAME COLOR LEATHER. The ottoman was delivered first. A few days later, the love seat by truck and two delivery men (very helpful). WE realized the loveseat and ottoman both by Lattitudes were of obvious different color leather. The delivery men took photos of both together showing the miss match and took the photos back to Wayfair Customer Service. I did not receive an answer from Wayfair SO I called Wayfair CS and explained the problem again and asked for a solution. Again nothing from Wayfair. I am presently waiting very frustrated. I am opened to an exchange of one or the other items (both good quality) as long as they are the SAME COLOR LEATHER. I NEED A SOLUTION. Selling is easy but an answer to a problem from WAYFAIR CS is impossible

Perfect love seat! Feels very high quality, the leather feels so supple. Its the perfect size also and I can even lay down on it as a tall girl at 6 ft!
