Even though this reclining loveseat was difficult to assemble, it is very comfortable. The material is soft and supple. Reclines well, but needs extra pressure to close. The back and arm rest required slipping the material over the frame, pulling and stretching to adjust toward the bottom to connect with Velcro. There were a couple of spots where I could not place a screw because of the location, but it’s still secure. Each section of the recliner has to be connected to the other and for me required 2 people to lineup to adjust. Also make sure when you come to the step of the cup holder, that you pull the inner part of the cup holder out and reinsert after the armrest cover is in place, or you’ll end up taking it apart and redoing it like I did. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the product last month. We put it together right away. It was in way more pieces than we expected. Took about two hours to put together. It does recline nicely with the use of two handles shown in picture. The recliner part holds a decent amount of weight as my dog can sit on the end. The kids and adults have used it quite often and it lays back nicely to fall asleep in. Other then the time it took to put together it has ended up being a very functional piece in our household.
