Overall, I’m very pleased with this loveseat. The material is excellent quality, the installation was very easy, and the overall craftsmanship and finishes are beautiful. The only issue I encountered was with one of the headrests. Although it had power, it did not function properly because it was missing screws in the connection, which appears to be a minor factory defect. Once addressed, it works as expected. I contacted customer service, and the assistance was excellent. I am currently waiting for them to resolve this issue. Aside from this small issue, the loveseat is comfortable, well-made, and looks great. I would definitely give it five stars if it weren’t for this issue, but I still recommend it.

I love it we had two recliners I love the loveseat so much better never had leather before but it’s very soft I love the taupe color.

This product is real top grain leather, easy to set up, takes about 10 minutes. It’s comfortable, and looks great. I would recommend this product.

Quality material, comfortable really like the ability to adjust the recline seats AND the headrest. I would give it five stars, but the metal piece that connects the two pieces was bent and we are not able to keep the pieces together when moving the couch around.
