As nice as this couch looks, the back cushions are super thin and soft so they have caved in very quickly.

The armrestcupholder had a broken part to it that shouldn’t have been broken. The slab of wood that makes the bottom of the armrest compartment wasn’t even listed in the manual. A clear indication that it should have been attached upon arrival not pushed in hanging loosely. I let customer service know of the issue and I asked for a partial refund for the inconvenience, since I figured I could fix it myself, I would just need to remove the upholstery lining by taking the staples out from the bottom of the bigger piece to align the board then push the piece back in place and retighten the screws. But they could not understand the problem for some reason and were no help at all.

I love this. Very big very soft very nice . But a little broken and my husband fix this

Beautiful piece of furniture once you get the hang of putting it together. It was a little challenging getting the pieces connected but once we figured it out it was a piece of cake!

Came two days early and was incredibly easy to assemble. Size and quality is way better than I expected. Very happy.
