This couch is completely misrepresented and I am beyond disappointed. The only thing accurate is the general size. The dimensions listed are incorrect; especially the height. This couch sits extremely low to the ground, far lower than advertised, making it uncomfortable and impractical. The color is also false advertising. What appears to be a darker or true gray online is actually a very light gray in person. It does not match the listing at all. The biggest issue is the material. This is NOT velvet. Not even close. I own multiple velvet pieces, and this feels like cheap, brushed cotton. It lacks the texture, softness, and quality of velvet entirely. Calling this velvet is misleading at best. I am honestly shocked that Wayfair is allowing products like this to be sold on their platform. This item does not match its description, photos, or advertised quality. It feels like a complete bait-and-switch. I have purchased from Wayfair before, but this experience has completely changed my trust in the brand. Customers should not have to fight to return items that are clearly misrepresented. I regret this purchase and would not recommend this product to anyone.
