First delivery was 100% not what I ordered. It couldn't have been the opposite what I ordered. I contacted Wayfair and was told that it wasn't a Wayfair problem, it was a manufacturer problem, but they'd forward the issue to the manufacturer. The next day Wayfair called me, told me to keep or donate what had been delivered and the correct item would be sent. That did happen and the correct item was shipped in about 10 days.

Grey not beige!! I only received 3 boxes not 8, so I’m not sure if I received it all either but I’m not taking it out as it isn’t the right colour anyway! This must be how u make your money on shipping back products that aren’t like the picture at all!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

First, the ottoman does NOT have storage! It was advertised as having storage but then in the smaller print clarified that it does not. The couch is also a darker/yellower beige than pictured, not as nice a neutral color. It’s also very lightweight, and moves around too easily. Also sits rather low on the back because the cushions are so firm. It’s not what I thought it would be!
