Absolutely love this loveseat! The light gray color is beautiful in person and matches my room perfectly. It’s comfortable, supportive, and the reclining feature works smoothly. The storage, cupholders, and USB ports are a great bonus and make it very convenient. Tip Measure your space first, this loveseat is roomy and cozy, but still works nicely in a smaller room. Highly recommend!

Extremely firm but I think that will increase the lifespan. I have no doubt that it will break in and become more comfortable sooner rather than later. Love the color and I was very impressed with the build quality. I previously had a Bob's Power Reclining Loveseat that lasted 10yrs. Still fully functional but the cushioning and coloring were severely worn and it was time. While taking apart my old unit and putting together this new one I could see the build quality. I was very impressed with this unit and it seems superior in all aspects. Assembly was simple. I was able to bring all 3 boxes in myself from the porch. I set up on a fabric tarp and slide piece by piece from the foyer to the Living Room. Assembly was simple and I was done in about an hour with zero help. I would recommend 2 people though if available, it would be much easier for sure. You DO NOT need to pay for Installation if you are able bodied, live on the 1st floor, and you are not carrying up stairs at all. If your setup is challenging then the White Glove would definitely be worth it. All 3 boxes arrived damage free and the furniture was wrapped very well and perfect. I did not go with the protection plan. I think this will easily last much longer than that in my specific environment anyway. Build quality is not a concern at all, just the motors lasting is only possible question mark. Great piece of furniture, good price and better than anything you can get locally by a landslide in my opinion. Don't hesitate if you like the styling, colors, etc..

LOVE this loveseat!!! The size and color goes so well in our room. It’s very comfortable to sit on and the power settings are perfect!! We get a lot of compliments from family and friends. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Had small issue attaching the two recliner parts together. Took multiple attempts. Other than that assembly was relatively easy. Happy with purchase.
