Very well made, sturdy, fabric is soft and durable. Love the adjustable headrest, and hidden cupholders. Delivery was easy, not stressful. The men were professional and personable! It was a snowy, cold day. They put booties on before entering. Had it all together and boxes gone within 20 mins. Way to go Wayfair! Thank you!

The loveseat looks nice. Unfortunately the “power” function for the chair does not work. So instead of a comfortable recliner, I now just have a chair.

Called 1/2 hour before as promised. Couch came within timeframe as promised in email. They had ample crew to carefully carry the couch without damaging the walls in our new home. They assembled the couch perfectly. The couch Casyn Power Console Loveseat in Stone is a magnificent power recline sofa and so beautiful. The crew who assembled it knew everything about it and answered all our questions. We would use Wayfair again to purchase furniture and will definitely use the white glove assembly. Way to go Wayfair and crew!!!
