I ordered two chairs in the navy blue color. There’s a one inch gap between the back and the arm rest on one of them. Other than that defect, the chairs are nice and comfortable. The power recline is pretty quiet.

This chair is exactly what I was looking for and compliments. My finish basement perfectly. It matches the existing sectional we already have in place, is extremely comfortable, and the swivel and reclining functions work flawlessly. Very happy with this and what highly recommend!
