Ordered black and they shipped brown and the chair is uncomfortable. I was then told by Wayfair chat option I would get a refund for the chair and to donate it. So I ordered a new chair and donated this one. Then Wayfair person who was to give the refund stated it wasn't qualified for a refund so I basically bought 2 chairs! NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER

This is a fantastic chair- I would have given it a 5 star easily except that it was surprisingly difficult to assemble just on my own. Would have been much easier with another set of hands.
