The chair sits well and looks great in the space. However, it was not packaged well. It was simply placed in a triangle box, without any padding or cushioning, to prevent damage to the wood or other supports of the chair. The legs were stored in the bottom of the chair. There was a bag with the bolts, washers, and the split-lock washers; however, the one that came with this chair was busted, so there were loose pieces all inside the chair. One of the pictures shows a bolt that cannot be screwed in because it was made incorrectly; the threads are still full of metal. The other picture shows that the back of the chair is broken (the backing and the wood). If it were not for this, I would have given the chair 4 out of 5 stars, withholding 1 star for the fabric quality and the chair's off-gassing glue for 2 days. 3 of the 4 legs went on within minutes. 1 of them I had to fiddle with for over 2 hours to get it to line up and secure the chair. For it to only need 4 legs put on, this chair took longer than the majority of other pieces of furniture that I've had to put together, that had more parts.

This chair is absolutely adorable. It was super easy to assemble, I literally only had to attach the legs. The reasons for only 4 stars, the fabric is very soft and comfortable but it seems thin and not the kind of fabric that will withstand a lot of use before wearing out or tearing.
