Had to get a new lift piece for the base which took over 2 weeks and the replacement piece still does not hold the chair up, it sinks down with about 30 minutes. It was a waste of money, too bad it is a very comfy chair.

Measurements are slightly off and it was too wide for our space

This was a very easy set up. Only a few pieces. The chair itself is very comfortable and relaxing. The material is very soft. It is easy to clean and seems durable. The color is interesting. It is like a grayish brown.

The color looks nothing like the photo. The chair is brown not gray, and the cushion was smashed in when I received it. Poor quality and looks cheap in person.
