Better than expected! Quality hardware and materials. Super comfy. Hopefully the foam padding holds up and doesn’t compress too much over time. Came packaged extremely well with easy to assemble instructions. Included extra screws, an Allen wrench and a white glove (which I didn’t use). Once unpacked and confirmed all parts were enclosed, it took about 30-40 minutes to assemble. Very happy with this purchase. One more selling point for me was the longer seat length compared to many other desk chairs which is great for taller or long-legged people like me.

Received wrong parts and can’t finish putting this together. Reaching out to see if they can send me the correct part. So disappointed

Very happy with the style and comfort. I like that it doesn't look like a regular "office" chair - much more stylish. The seat is a tad bit deep for me but I'm short and nothing that a pillow can't solve.
