The good bits: Item shipped and delivered quickly. Assembly instructions were fairly clear and I was able to put this chair together by myself in about 20 minutes. I was a little surprised at just how HEAVY this chair is. The wheeled base is plastic-covered but metal underneath, the under-chair support is all solid metal and just dense. And now for the bad bits: I noticed the mesh 'fabric' was very loose/stretchy as soon as I sat down in the chair. I sink so low that my underthighs rest painfully against the front of the seat. I'm not a heavy person...140-145lbs, but in the 3 mos I've had this chair, the mesh has only stretched further. The mesh chair backing was also not taut to begin with and has gotten worse with time. I'm hoping this was a production error and the mesh is normally strung much tighter. I should have returned this if it would not have been an absolute PITA to disassemble and repack into the original box. Instead I'm left with an expensive chair that is barely usable and will need to be replaced asap.
