I am pretty disappointed that this looks nothing like the pictures. This photo was taken 48 hours after opening. The instructions said it would puff up within 24 hours. The instructions were sort of confusing but there wasnt a ton to put together. The wood seems very sturdy. There was a warranty card included with the package to extend the warranty. I followed the instructions and sent in an email. They responded and said that I was not eligible for the extended warranty since I purchased through Wayfair. The fabric is soft but the chair does not have a lot of cushion.

Was so excited about this chair. I love the size of it but need to think about where you can really use something this big. Still havent figured that out! The assembly guide wasnt as helpful as it should have been so assembly was a little challenging especially doing it by myself. Only gave 4 stars as the cushion doesnt quite look the website photos.

I was pretty disappointed with this chair. The amount of padding that it comes with is no where near what’s represented in the product shots. I gave it a few days for the memory foam to expand but it didn’t change much. We ended up giving it away to a family member who stuffed it with some old memory foam mattress pads to bulk it up some more.
