Im pleasantly surprised with this chair! I thought after being vacuumed sealed and rolled up that there was no way it would rake shape but adter 2 days and per the instructions to tap it it took shape nicely and is not flat but firm and comfortable too! The pullows didnt quite fluff up but overall nice comfortable chair for our rec room

This is a huge lounge chair! It feels super soft to the touch and the grey color looks great! It was super easy to get set up as there is no assembly required. You just take it out of the packaging and then let it expand. We opened it up at night and left it to expand overnight and it was almost fully expanded by the morning. I will say it's a lot firmer than I expected but that also means it's pretty supportive which you never know if chairs like this will be supportive or not. I wish it was a bit more cushy to sit on but maybe it will get more plush over time with use.
