This chair is wonderful! The quality is really good. Very well made and sturdy. The leather is buttery soft and the color is as expected from the product description. The lumbar pillow is a nice addition. It is attached though so you cannot remove it if you wanted to.

Chair is heavy and feels/looks high quality. It came unassembled and the description specifically said "ready to use out of the box". When we assembled it, there were no instructions, as well as missing one leveler on the bottom of the chair leg. Customer service was responsive and helpful, but wanted us to disassemble and repackage it to be sent back for a full replacement. I was open to a replacement, but the hassle of disassembling and repackaging is not ideal.
